Nearly two months passed since Big Bang's comeback back in February this year. Their new mini-album ALIVE was a huge success not only in Korea but also overseas. Full-packed schedules and travelling to countries like Thailand, Vietnam, Japan and Taiwan to promote Alive made this comeback one of the biggest in the industry.
Only some time after its release ALIVE achieved an all-kill on all the music charts in Korea and was featured on Billboard where it topped the „Top Kpop 100“ charts and further got high rankings in other categories. The music videos for Blue and Fantastic Baby even got medals of Youtube including „most viewed“ and „most popular“ video. Further, Big Bang achieved two „triple crowns“ on Mnet's „M!Countdown“ and SBS' „Inkigayo“ in just the first weeks of promoting.
On this week's Inkigayo, on Sunday 29th, Big Bang will have their goodbye stage which ends the promotions for ALIVE and will travel back to Japan to continue their „Alive Worldtour“ which started on March 2nd-24thin Seoul. The concerts will continue on May 17th and will end on June on June 24th. More details on the tour will be released from YG Entertainment.
