In view of the uncontrollable situation at HMV 313@Somerset store now, our landlord has worked with us and the organisers to create a proper queue system outside the shopping mall. Please read instructions carefully.
- Official queue outside 313@Somerset facing Orchard Road, will start at 12 midnight TODAY.
- Each person who is physically in the queue will be given a queue number tag. This is to ensure fairness to all, and no one is allowed to take queue number tags for friends who are not physically here. ONE NUMBER TAG PER PERSON.
- All number tag holders will have to remain in the queue for purchase tomorrow. Tag holders will obviously be allowed toilet breaks. However if you choose to leave and return tomorrow or much later, it is up to the person in front and behind you to accept you back into your original position. It is out of our hands, and HMV, Lendlease or Proof Label will not be involved.
- Any queue formed outside the store or before midnight will not be recognized as there is only one official queue outside the mall starting midnight, giving you ample time to decide if you wish to come down and join the queue.
- Those who are not here at midnight can join us tomorrow, there is no need to rush.
- Any one found to be rioting, quarrelling or fighting will be removed from the queue and turn over to the Police. There will be security and police on patrol during this whole process.
- The official queue tonight is strictly for Category 1 & 2 tickets only. Category 3 & 4 will only go on sale Monday, September 6th.
- The queue will remain outdoors until 9.30am tomorrow.
- Those of you who join us tomorrow, you will join the tail end of this early morning’s queue. We will not allow anyone to cut ahead of those who have started queueing in the official queue from midnight.
- Please provide your own umbrellas and jackets in case it rains or gets chilly.
