Big Bang’s Taeyang received his third win today on KBS’s Music bank completing his triple crown.
Taeyang released the deluxe edition of his first full length solo album SOLAR on July 1st, causing an uproar amongst fans and customers who both made inquiries for additional copies after YG only released only 30,000 copies. Taeyang’s 30,000 copies of SOLAR were all sold- out on the same day within a couple of hours.
Taeyang and his love for R&B music have received many praises from the public and from critics as well. Taeyang first won on Mnet’s M! Countdown on July 8th, his second win was on July 15th on Mnet’s M! Countdown, and on July 16th he claimed his 3rd crown on KBS’s music bank.
Meanwhile, Taeyang will continue with his solo promotions of his title track “I Need A Girl” on MBC’s Music core at 4:10PM.
