The music videos of BIG BANG’s “FXXK IT” and “LAST DANCE” were ranked first and second among K-Pop music videos watched around the world and in the US in December 2016.
On January 12(local time), Billboard announced that the music videos of “FXXK IT” and “LAST DANCE”, the title tracks of BIG BANG’s third regular album, are the most and the second most watched K-Pop music videos in the world and the US in December 2016.
Demonstrating their huge popularity, the music videos posted 43,381,256 and 27,403,748 YouTube views, respectively, as of 2 PM on January 13. Combined, the two music videos reached 77,805,004 views, and the number is on a steady rise even though they were released a month ago.
BIG BANG took the no.1 spot on Billboard’s World Album Chart that was announced on December 21, 2016. BIG BANG also swept its Heartseekers Albums chart that shows bestselling albums and the charts of six US regions, proving BIG BANG’s presence in the US music scene.
Meanwhile, BIG BANG is to sing “LAST DANCE” on SBS’s Inkigayo on January 15, and it will be the last stage by all the five members before T.O.P goes to serve in the military.
