Big Bang Special on SBS MTV

MTV Korea's (SBS MTV) Big Bang Special in EMA will be aired tomorrow, 19th. According to Studio C's Cyworld, they will be showing the program via "Cyworld On Air" at 11AM KST. The show will only be available to those who are "Cy" (like friends) with Studio C on Cyworld. Just register here and add Studio C as a "Cy" here.

According to the show's producer, because there were a lot of reporters from all over the world, the Hallyu stars (BIGBANG) seemed very nervous while walking at the EMA's red carpet with other top world stars. During the broadcast, they will be showing clips from MTV EMA and their interview with BIGBANG.

Group Big Bang‘s photo op with the legendary rock band Queen is the latest buzz on the web.

Taeyang tweeted a short message on the 7th attached with the photo above, “With Queen”.

Members of Big Bang seem quite happy to have a chance to take a photo with legends, but for the fans the real joy comes from seeing the 5 members together in an official capacity. This hasn’t happened in a long time.

BIGBANG wins Asia Pacific round, MTV EMA Worldwide Act Nominees Announced

Britney Spears is among the five artists going head-to-head for the accolade...

MTV today announced the five nominees that will compete in the all-new Worldwide Act category at the 2011 MTV EMA.

For the past five weeks, MTV has given fans across the globe a chance to vote for their favourite hometown artists, all to help that local act secure the nomination and represent their respective region at this year’s EMAs.

Starting today, these five nominees will go head to head in one last round of voting in an effort to earn the Worldwide Act distinction.

The five global finalists are: Lena (Europe), BIGBANG (Asia Pacific), Abdelfattah Grini (Africa/India/Middle East), Britney Spears (North America) and Restart (Latin America).

The Worldwide Act category celebrates diversity and the breadth of all the music that MTV has to offer by nominating incredible artists from all corners of the world.

Fans can vote at www.mtvema.com until 11:59PM CET on Friday, 4th November, and the Worldwide Act winner will be announced at the show.

Selena Gomez will host the event from Belfast's Odyssey Arena on 6th November and you can catch the proceedings from 9pm GMT on MTV.
