“I had some personal greed and it took a while to find the direction in which many people could listen to it.”
“Many songs were produced, and out of 20, we shorted it to nine. The nine are included in the Rise album,” said Taeyang.
Talking about his new song, Eyes, Nose, Lips, Taeyang said, “It’s a song made up of only a simple piano sound and my voice. I think it’s a great song to listen to if you’ve broken up with someone and long for them.”
When asked about his own appearance, Taeyang replied, “I really like my eyes, nose, and lips. I especially like my nose. I really like my lips too. I think my lips are sexy.”
Meanwhile, Eyes, Nose, Lips was released on June 2 and ranked number one on various music charts, including Melon, Mnet, Olleh Music, and more. The song also won number one on music programs, such as Mnet’s M COUNTDOWN and MBC’s Music Core.
