[스타뉴스 길혜성 기자] BIGBANG (G-DRAGON, T.O.P, TAEYANG, DAESUNG, and SEUNGRI)’s TAEYANG is creating sensation with a unique bed scene shot with top actress Min Hyo Rin. The bed scene is included in the music video of a song contained in TAEYANG’s new solo full-length album that has recently been released four years after the first one.
TAEYANG released his second full-length solo album “RISE” on the 3 this month at 0 o’clock and at the same time, all the music of the new album and the music video of title track “Eyes, Nose, Lips” were also disclosed. “Eyes, Nose, Lips”, a sentimental R&B song with a slow tempo, has been proving TAEYANG’s potential upon being unveiled, sweeping No.1 of many music charts in Korea.
On the 10 at 1am, TAEYANG disclosed the music video of “1AM”, one of the tracks of his new album. The song’s lyrics talk about a man who still loves his ex-girlfriend and misses her by 1 o’clock late in the night. In the music video, TAEYANG appears with actress Min Hyo Rin.
TAEYANG and Min Hyo Rin’s sentimental acting adds to the pulling power of the music video and the song itself. Notably, the bed scene that includes a kiss between TAEYANG and Min Hyo Rin, which lasts about 10 seconds from the 2:35 point, is drawing all the more attention from fans. There is no much bareness in the video, but the bed scene is quite bold for a music video.
However, since the bed scene makes viewers feel that it is necessary for the development of the story, it feels rather natural than uncomfortable.
Meanwhile, TAEYANG has been showing a great potential after the disclosure of “Eyes, Nose, Lips”, not only by sweeping the No.1 on music charts, but also by taking the top rank on Top Albums chart, which is iTunes’ main album chart, in many foreign countries.
