Big Bang's "If You" won't be getting a Music Video

With BIG BANG‘s third monthly release nearing soon, word has it that their track “If You” won’t have a music video release.

Their third mini album [D] from their MADE series is set to be released on July 1st at midnight KST on various online music sites and will contain the double title track “If You” and “Sober.”
While “Sober” is a dance track befitting the summer mood of which reports reveal the music video was shot in quite the unique style, nothing was filmed for “If You.”
Since their initial comeback with “LOSER” and “Bae Bae” ([M]) in May, all title tracks that BIG BANG has released have had music videos shot including “BANG BANG BANG” and “We Like 2 Party.”
All four music videos has garnered over 100 million views altogether since May 2015.
While it is true that BIG BANG is busy with their current world tour MADE, there’s an even greater reason as to why “If You” isn’t getting a music video.
An official reveals, “The reason why it does not have a music video is because since BIG BANG’s debut in 2006, ‘If You’ is their saddest song ever. ‘If You’ is a track that will touch you emotionally. A music video wasn’t shot so that you can focus on the music and lyrics only.”
