YG Entertainment has shot down rumours of an April comeback for BIGBANG after reports emerged earlier today (Mar 9) that the quintet will kick off a month of Korean promotions before embarking on a world tour.

In a report by Korean media outlet OSEN, YG representatives stated that the reports were unfounded and that BIGBANG’s comeback schedule has yet to be finalised. He added that the members are currently devoted to working on their work but they have yet to work out the details of their comeback and promotions.
Earlier this year, CEO Yang Hyun Suk declared in an interview with Korean media outlet Daily Sports that their upcoming album will be the best material that the group has put out, calling it the highlight of their 10-year career.
BIGBANG’s last Korean release was their extended play Alive and its repackaged version, Still Alive, in February and April 2012 respectively.
